With the 2011 NFL Draft quickly approaching, we thought it'd be a good idea to run down the Buffalo Bills' ten biggest draft successes and failures. After selecting wide receiver Lee Evans with their first-round pick in the 2004 NFL Draft, the Bills decided to get bold, trading back into the first round to select Tulane's J.P.rift gold Losman - the sleeper prospect in a quarterback class that included Eli Manning, Philip Rivers and Ben Roethlisberger.

Losman spent his rookie season injured and on the sidelines, and after Drew Bledsoe's release, Losman was handed the starting job heading into the 2005 season. RIFT Platinum He floundered, lost his job to Kelly Holcomb, and was forced to win a competition for the starting job when new head coach Dick Jauron arrived in 2006.

That year, Losman had his best year as a pro, throwing for 3,051 yards, 19 touchdowns and 14 interceptions for a Bills team many expected to be worse than 7-9. In 2007, however, a knee injury forced Losman out of the lineup, and he never did fully recapture the job once Trent Edwards got his feet wet. Rift Gold Losman finished his Bills career with a 10-23 record as a starter, with 33 touchdowns and 34 interceptions. Considering what the Bills gave up to get themselves in position to take Losman, it's clear that the decision ranks as one of the biggest draft-day blunders in franchise history.
